How Does It Work?

Do I have to be an existing EQ Client?

No! That’s what’s so cool about this offering! Whether you have an EQ logo, a logo from another designer, or one you created yourself, I can work with any existing vector, regardless of where it originated.

If you don’t have a vector, take a look at the “What files do I need to provide…?” Q/A below and we can run a full vector set on your regular logo too.

Will my Logo be a good fit for a Holiday Logo?

I love doing these so much because each logo is a puzzle I’m challenged to figure out. I aim to ensure each Holiday Logo is tastefully done, classy and stays perfectly on brand.

We ask that you please submit your logo for a free review prior to purchase. If I don’t feel like I can do a beautiful job with your brand, I’ll let you know.

What files do I need to provide for you to create my Holiday Logo?

This service requires vector files. These files will end in .ai, .eps, .svg and sometimes .pdf. If your logo is not vector, you have likely struggled with it for months or years trying to have items made for you.

Depending on the complexity of your logo, and whether it would need to be redrawn by hand, this could potentially incur an up-charge.

We ask that you please send your logo to info@eqgraphics prior to booking so I can review your file(s) and let you know up front if it’s in the right format or what the cost would be (if any) to recreate it for you.

What file types will I get?

Every Holiday Logo will receive the same set of logo files we provide our EQ clients. You’ll have jpg, png, psd, pdf, eps, and svg. The last three are full vector format and can be scaled losslessly to any size.

What is the deadline for ordering a Holiday Logo?

The closer to Christmas you order, the less likely you will have time to ‘make’ things with your logo, but you’ll still be able to use it for a Christmas social media post this year and have it every year here on out to make things.

Please Note: I am one person who has created all of the art you see on this website. My perfectionistic tendencies don’t allow me to place quantity over quality. Every holiday logo will receive my full care and attention – therefore my openings are extremely limited.

I’m limiting the number I take on and just like with my custom commissions, the holiday logo books will close as soon as they’re full, and then reopen again when I have the first batch fully delivered.

How long will it take to receive my Holiday Logo?

This honestly all depends on how well my creative juices are flowing. Sometimes I can deliver a logo the next day, and other times it could take me a few weeks of tinkering with ideas until I’m satisfied. My average turnaround time for a custom commission is 2 weeks.

I’m doing this for fun and to challenge myself creatively – if I hit a creative block and am unable to complete your transformation within two weeks, I will be completely transparent and provide a full refund.

How do I choose what I want my Holiday Logo to look like?

You have two choices for Holiday Logos

1.) Maximum Creativity -or- 2.) Be Conservative

To date, no one has chosen #2. Whether you’re a follower of my work, or you’re viewing my portfolio for the first time, you’ll see that hundreds of equine business owners from all over the world have entrusted me with their brands and well over 75-80% of them didn’t know what they wanted. Every logo displayed on this website and our socials is a first draft – I’m ridiculously picky.

However, maximum creativity could lead to me changing your core logo and colors significantly (while still staying ‘on brand’ of course. If that’s not what you want, please chose #2 and I’ll make sure to ‘add to it’ without structurally changing it in any way.

Do you offer revisions on Holiday Logos?

While our custom logos come with unlimited revisions, our holiday logos do not. Everything you see here is what I came up with on the first shot – no client input or ideas were given. Holiday logos allow me to express my creativity and grow as an artist and truly enjoy the process. This is the entire reason I’m doing these and if you love surprises, you’ll really enjoy this. We already have people wanting me to create a new one every year because they had so much fun seeing what I came up with.

This also allows us to keep our holiday logo pricing at a far more affordable price point than one of my custom commissions. If you’re familiar with my work, you’ll know that I almost always nail a custom design on the first draft – a holiday logo is just an extension of whatever you already have and love.

I always give 110% to everything I do. If I’m not happy with it, it doesn’t leave the studio, and I’ve never known anyone who’s as nitpicky about logo art as I am.

What happens after I submit my logo for review?

Jackie will personally review your logo within 24 hours and you’ll receive a message from David confirming it will be an amazing fit for the Holiday Logo program.

We’ll ask which package you would like (see pricing below) and send over an invoice.

Your logo will be placed into Jackie’s queue the moment payment is received and we’ll be sending it over as soon as it’s finished (typically within one week, but please allow up to two).
