Stunning Letter H Horse Logo | 100% Hand-Drawn Dressage Art

May 2, 2023

Lindsey Holleger is a talented young dressage trainer, instructor and competitor in Middletown, New York. Lindsey started having success in the dressage arena as early as 13 years old, when she won every regional championship she entered from 1st Level to Intermediare 1 with her young gelding Fenway. She went on to be a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold medalist, a junior Gold medalist, and is currently the head trainer at Maplewood Warmbloods.

Our artists created a sophisticated, feminine letter H horse logo design for Lindsey that depicts a dressage horse at one of the discipline’s most explosive and powerful gaits, the extended trot. The Warmblood is shown trotting through the letter H in a serif font, with the business name as a tagline in a modern sans serif. This simple line art design retains details such as the proper frame of an upper level dressage horse, and can be modified for various uses-the letter H horse design can be used alone as an icon on saddle pads and ball caps, or in conjunction with the company name on larger items like tack trunks.

Letter H Horse Logo Design for Upper Level FEI Dressage Trainer

Lindsey Holleger started her dressage career as a junior rider. Under the instruction of Erin Brinkman at Valhalla Farm, she competed successfully on the junior dressage circuit.  Lindsey was the individual gold medalist at the 2013 NAJYRC and won the individual young rider championship at Wellington’s CDI Global Dressage Festival in 2016. Unlike many youth competitors who choose experienced mounts who have competed on the Grand Prix level, Lindsey chose a mount as her junior horse that needed some work-and together the pair worked their way up from training level to Intermediare 1. Lindsey notes that particular gelding could be a challenge, but having a horse that was not always an easy ride helped develop her into a talented trainer.

She enjoys being a part of the Oldenburg dressage prospects’ lives that Maplewood produces, from the breeding shed, to the starting pen, and finally onto some of the world’s largest dressage competitions like the United States Dressage Festival of Champions.

Hand Drawn Letter H Logo for Maplewood Warmbloods’ Head Trainer

Holleger is currently the head trainer at New York’s Maplewood Warmbloods. She’s available for training, lessons, and sales purposes on-site at the state of the art facility which is dedicated to breeding and training Oldenburgs for upper level dressage competition.

Maplewood’s goal is to produce dressage horses that are quiet enough for amateur riders but have the quality of movement to win at the largest competitive venues. The farm features amenities that any equestrian would covet, all tools used in producing top level dressage prospects. Horses can enjoy over 115 acres of pastures and paddocks, all carefully maintained for optimum grazing. There are 50 spacious stalls with a heated Olympic indoor arena and round pen. A separate broodmare and foaling barn contains live-streaming cameras so that its tenants can be carefully monitored. The beautiful facility regularly hosts clinics and USEF/USDF Breed and Dressage shows.

Lindsey enjoys her job as head trainer at Maplewood Warmbloods because she has the opportunity to be involved with the horses she trains from birth. Maplewood owns a variety of stallions, and most of the horses they train and campaign are bred and born on the farm. Lindsey works toward the farm’s goal of producing amateur friendly show horses by laying a foundation of success that starts in the breaking pen and progresses through each horse’s more advanced training and show ring exposure. A unique opportunity that the farm’s horses are afforded is the chance to be exposed to the horse show environment without leaving home during the on-site shows Maplewood hosts.

Letter H Horse Logo Draws Attention to Dressage Trainer’s Brand at Global Dressage Festival in Wellington

Lindsey had some rough ideas for her customletter H horse logo design when she spoke with our artists during her design consultation. Using her vision as inspiration, we set out to create one of our signature vector style logos for her that would add a polished, professional look to her branded items at all of the major dressage competitions.

Striving to make the process as seamless as possible for her, we created a line art letter H horse that contains the image of a gorgeous dressage horse. The striking Warmblood is shown at one of the dressage world’s most loved gaits-the powerful extended trot. Care was taken to capture the gait at the moment of extension industry standard calls for in equine sport photography.

The horse appears to be trotting through a serif letter H, and this part of the design can be used alone as an icon on items like baseball caps and branded saddle pads. The entire design with the business name as a tagline in modern sans serif fonts can be used on large items like tack trunks and wool coolers. We love creating “convertible designs” like these for our clients so they can get maximum versatility out of their custom logo!

Rose gold foil adds the final touch of elegance to this stunning letter H horse logo. The finished product is sure to brand Lindsey as the elite professional that she is in her field.
